To have the world renowned Master Chef Michel Roux OBE in our showroom is really quite incredible and I don’t think we will quite believe it until he steps into the showroom later on today. What a great evening we have lined up and we are all very excited to have the opportunity to experience the amazing culinery skills of Michel whilst enjoying Champagne & Canapes throughout the evening. We have raised considerable funds for the Nicholls Foundation and look forward to announcing the total figure later on this evening.

I think we are all going to be in complete awe watching Michel prepare this mouthwatering recipe of Warm Oyster Gratinee and Spaghetti of Courgette with a hint of Curry.

Whenever carrying out building work or home renovations, it is impossible to forecast what you may be hiding when you start removing the plaster off the walls or pulling up those creaking floorboards!! Remember, it can’t always go according to plan but when a few issues arise, it is how they are dealt with that really matters.

A good project manager will keep you informed throughout your project and make you fully aware of any unforeseen circumstances. You should not get any hidden surprises when the final bill is produced!
